Director

Barbara Bodem has more than 30 years of experience as a business leader and board director across the healthcare industry. She currently serves on the boards of BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Enovis Corporation, and Option Care Health. Ms. Bodem also serves on the boards of BiomEdit, LLC and NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, and is a board of trustees member of the Nature Conservancy of Indiana.

Ms. Bodem served as interim CFO for Dentsply Sirona, Inc., a dental equipment and supplies manufacturing company, from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior to Dentsply, she was Senior Vice President and CFO for Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a medical technology provider acquired by Baxter International in December 2021. Ms. Bodem also held financial leadership roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Hospira Inc., and Eli Lilly and Company, including serving as CFO of Lilly Oncology. She began her career at Irwin Management Company.

Ms. Bodem earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
